- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. pecans
- 1 c. Karo
- 1/3 c. plus 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Blend cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg until smooth.

3When smooth, pour into pie crust.

4Sprinkle with nuts. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, Karo, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Pour over nuts.

5Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
