- 3 or 4 jalapeno peppers or to taste
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar

1Place all ingredients in a blender; blend to desired consistency.
