  • 2 (16 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
  • 3 or 4 jalapeno peppers or to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

    Place all ingredients in a blender; blend to desired consistency.
