  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 c. cream
  • dash of salt
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • butter

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Gradually add cream, stirring until smooth.

    Spread butter in bottom of crust.

    Pour in filling. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

    Reduce to 350° and bake for another 10 minutes.

    Reduce again and bake until set.
