- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. Milnot
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Scald milk and cream.

2Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.

3Mix together thoroughly.

4Add to scalded milk and cook until thick and smooth.

5Stir a small amount of mixture into mixture and cook a few minutes longer.

6Add vanilla.

7Top with meringue.

8(I also make in microwave using 5 minutes on High, then 2 or 3 minutes at a time until done.)

9(Use one baked pie crust.)
