- 8 to 10 red potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook, drain and mash potatoes just like cream potatoes.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Pour in buttered baking dish and top with more butter and Parmesan cheese.

4Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350°.
