cream puff balls

Directions

   in a medium saucepan add sugar, salt, butter, and 1 cup water to a boil.

   turn off the heat and add flour use wooden spoon.

   quickly stir in flour.

   turn on the heat cook over medium high heat about 2 minutes.

   stirring constantly, until mixture pulls away.

   transfer mixture to the mixer bowl turn on and mix on medium speed until slightly cooled about 2 minutes.

   add eggs 1 at a time until a soft dough.put the dough in a cake decorating plastic bag and make a ball shape .

   350F oven and 9x13 Baking pan

   in mixer bowl add whipping cream and icing sugar turn on and mix about 2 minutes.

    add cool whipping and mix.

    put frosting in the plastic bag .

    make a small Hole in puff and put frosting inside a hole .
