  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Bring water and oleo to a boil.

    Take off heat and stir in flour.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    (Mixture will be smooth.) Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan (greased) and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

    Cool!

    Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk.

    Add rest of milk.

    Add pudding.

    Refrigerate pudding for 15 minutes. Spread pudding over crust and top with Cool Whip.
