Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 boxes pudding (instant vanilla)
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Directions

    Mix pudding and chill until set.

    Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in a saucepan.

    Reduce heat; quickly stir in flour (use a wooden spoon for mixing).

    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.

    Remove from heat.

    Beat in eggs all at once until smooth.

    Spread into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Then lower heat to bake at 350° for an additional 20 minutes.

    Cool and fill with pudding. Add Cool Whip and swirl with chocolate pudding on top.
