- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 pkg. instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipping cream
- fruit
Directions

1Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.

2Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until you can form a ball.

3Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

4Spread in pan that is well greased.

5I form a long narrow puff by dividing pan with well greased tinfoil down center.

6Bake at 400° to 425° for 25 minutes until done.

7Cool completely.

8Beat cream cheese until softened.

9Gradually add milk until smooth; add instant pudding and beat for 2 minutes.

10Spread pudding mixture over cooled puff.

11Top with layer of whipped topping, then add fresh fruit on top (red raspberries, sliced peaches, blueberries).

12For 4th of July, make it red, white and blue.
