  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat water and margarine until margarine melts. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir with a wooden spoon. After cooling, add eggs, beating one in at a time. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Mix together pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread on crust and cover with Cool Whip.
