  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • Hershey's syrup or shaved chocolate
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Boil oleo in water.

    Add flour and beat hard until it forms a ball.

    Add egg, one at a time.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

    Blend pudding with milk; add softened cream cheese, let set 15 minutes.

    Spread over cooled crust and top with Cool Whip.

    Drizzle small amount of shaved chocolate or Hershey's syrup over top.
