- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Pour boiling water over oleo in saucepan.

2Bring to boil and stir until oleo melts.

3Add flour all at once and stir with wooden spoon until mixture leaves the side of pan and forms ball.

4Remove from heat.

5Immediately add eggs one at a time, beating smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased sheet.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 to 40 additional minutes.
