- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour.

3Stir vigorously over low heat for one minute. Remove form heat and beat in all 4 eggs at once.

4Continue beating until smooth.

5Mixture wil become very thick.

6Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls or heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffs are golden. Cool away from draft.

8Makes 12 puffs.

9Fill with your favorite pudding.
