- 1/2 c. oleo or butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Add butter to boiling water; heat to boiling.

2Add flour all at once.

3Stir over heat until smooth.

4Cook until mixture leaves the sides of pan.

5Don't overcook.

6Cool slightly.

7Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time.

8Stir until smooth after adding each egg.

9Beat until mixture gets glossy.

10Chill (Until stiff enough to hold its shape).

11Place on a baking sheet in bars or balls.

12Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.

13Cool and fill.
