- 4 eggs
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. regular flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
Directions

1Bring salt, butter and water to a boil.

2Turn burner off and sift flour in.

3Beat vigorously until it rolls.

4Cool slightly and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time and beat thoroughly until creamy and smooth.

5Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

7Lower heat to 350° and bake for 10 more minutes.

8Do not open door while baking.

9Cool, slit sides and fill with prepared coconut pudding or your favorite pudding.
