- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Bring water and butter to a rolling boil.

2Add flour all at once

3and heat until smooth and dough forms a ball.

4Add eggs, one at a time, and beat vigorously after each addition until dough is smooth.

5Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 400°

7for 25 minutes or until done.

8Test by removing one puff from oven with a spatula.

9If it doesn't fall it is done.
