- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. bread flour
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 eggs, unbeaten
Directions

1Add butter to water and heat until butter melts.

2Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan. Cool slightly.

3Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Mixture should be very stiff.

4Shape on buttered cookie sheet by dropping from spoon or using pastry bag and tube.

5Bake until free from beads of moisture for 40 to 45 minutes in 375° oven.

6Fill with cream filling, whipped cream or Cool Whip.
