- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1In medium saucepan heat butter and water to rolling boil.

2Add flour and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about one minute.

3Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly.

4Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet, 3-inches apart.

5Bake in 400° oven for large 40 to 50 minutes.

6Small ones 30 minutes.

7Cool; fill with whipped cream.
