- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. flour
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Boil butter and water together.

2While boiling, add 1 cup flour; let it cool some.

3Stir in unbeaten eggs.

4Stir until all lumps are gone.

5Drop on greased baking sheet.

6Use one teaspoon for small ones or a good tablespoon for large ones.

7Bake in a hot (450°) oven for 25 minutes.

8Cut tops off to fill.

9May fill with cornstarch pudding or small ones may be filled with salad, chicken or crab.

10Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
