- 3/4 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (7 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn
- 2 oz. (1/2 c.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

3Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir in other ingredients.

5Separate each biscuit into 2 parts.

6Place bottom part in muffin tins.

9Top with remaining biscuit, stretching to fit.
