- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place water and butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Take pot off stove; add 1 cup flour (mix well). Now, add 1 egg at a time and beat vigorously; then add the next egg.

4The flour mixture should be hard to stir before you add the next egg. Continue until all 4 eggs are added. Drop a teaspoon of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; lower oven temperature to 350° and bake an additional 20 minutes. Pierce each puff with a fork and bake an additional 5 minutes. Makes about 24 to 30 puffs.
