Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Boil water, salt and margarine in saucepan.

    Add flour and beat.

    Remove from heat; add 1 egg, beat and then add second egg. Beat until smooth.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until dry at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Turn off oven and leave puffs inside until oven cools to finish baking.

    Cool before filling with pudding.
