- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 6 eggs
- cool whip
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine or butter to a rolling boil in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan.

3Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.

4Beat eggs in one at a time until smooth. Drop dough by 1/4 cup full about 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake until puffed and brown.

6Cool away from drafts for about 25 to 40 minutes.

7Cut off tops and fill puffs with vanilla pudding and cool whip.

8Replace top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
