- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. boiling water
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oleo
Directions

1In saucepan, boil water.

2Add oleo and salt; bring to a boil again.

3Remove from heat. Add flour and beat vigorously. When smooth, add eggs, one at a time, and slightly beat.

4Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

5Lower temperature to 300° for 15 minutes. Fill when cooled with whipped cream or other filling.
