  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
  • 1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • sour cream

Directions

    Wash and pat chicken dry.

    Sprinkle with salt.

    Combine sour cream and mustard.

    Dip chicken breasts in mixture to coat, both sides, then dredge in seasoned bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes.
