- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1In saucepan, melt butter.

2Add water.

3Bring to boil.

4Add flour and salt.

5Stir well.

6Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.

7Remove from heat.

8Cool 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with wooden spoon until smooth. Drop batter by heaping tablespoon 3-inches apart on greased baking sheet.

9Bake at 400° for 30 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Cool.

10Split open and remove any soft dough inside.

11Fill with pudding, whipped cream or fruit.

12Top with powdered sugar.
