  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 T. milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 4 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat together eggs, sugar, milk and flour. Fold in diced rhubarb. Put into pastry-lined 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
