  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. cream, well whipped

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Add sugar and seasonings, then vinegar.

    Cook in double boiler, stirring all the time, until about the thickness of rich cream.

    Take from the fire and beat in cream.
