- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. cream, well whipped
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add sugar and seasonings, then vinegar.

3Cook in double boiler, stirring all the time, until about the thickness of rich cream.

4Take from the fire and beat in cream.
