- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 13 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
- 1 cup light cream (half&half)
- 12 cup raisins or 12 cup berries
Directions

1Pre heat oven to 425.

2Mix dry ingredients.

3Cut in butter until the size of small peas.

4Make a well in center of mixture and add cream and raisins.

5Stir with a fork till soft dough forms.

6Knead ball of dough 10 times.

7Flour counter and pat dough into a square about 1 inch thick.

8Cut into 12 pieces.

9Bake until just lightly browning around edges.

10Around 12 minutes.

11When you take these from the oven brush tops with honey.
