  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cut tips of corn off cob, then scrape off corn from the cob to make 2 cups of corn.

    Add milk, salt and margarine.

    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole and cook at 350° for 1 hour.
