- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. pkg. brick chili
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Bushes chili hot beans
- tossed salad
- Tostitos or other corn chips
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

2Put in 4-quart saucepan. Cook chili according to directions on package.

3Canned chili does not taste as well as brick chili, but will do if you can't find brick chili.

4Add to the ground beef.

5Mix Velveeta with the whipping cream and add Ro-Tel.

6Add this cheese mixture to the meat mixture.

7Add 2 cans chili hot beans.

8Simmer for 30 minutes. To serve, crunch up chips on plates, spoon meat mixture over chips and top with tossed salad.
