- 1 pkg. dashinamoto soup base
- 2 c. water
- 2 pkg. saimin soup base
- 1 medium onion
- 2 large carrots
- 2 large bunches broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 pkg. fish cake
- 2 pkg. saimin
Directions

1Boil water with onion.

2Add dashinamoto and saimin soup mixes. Diagonally chop vegetables. Add carrots and broccoli stalks.

3Add sesame oil and garlic.

4Simmer for a few minutes, then add broccoli tops, fish cake and saimin noodles. Serve with egg rolls or wonton.
