- 1/2 c. chopped tomato (or 1 sm can Red Gold stewed tomatoes)
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook chopped bacon in skillet 5 minutes; add onion and cook 7 minutes or until lightly brown.

3Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until squash is tender.
