- 1 lb. ground beef
- flour to thicken
- 1 c. milk (or as needed)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Braise ground beef; season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain grease and discard.

2Melt butter in pan; add flour and milk to make a thick gravy.

3Use more/less milk as needed.

4Stir in braised beef.

5Simmer about 10 minutes.

6Serve on toast or biscuits.

7Serve with hashed brown potatoes.
