  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 c. skim or whole milk
  • 1 or 2 small jars Armour dried beef

Directions

    Melt butter in pan.

    Add flour until you have a stiff paste. Add milk, stirring continuously.

    Add beef.

    Cook until thick like gravy.

    Serve over toast or biscuit.
