  • boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • chopped onion

Directions

    Dip chicken pieces in flour and brown in small amount of oil. Place in oven-safe dish.

    Mix soup, milk, water and onion.

    Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° about 1 hour.

    Serve over rice or toast.
