Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 4 eggs; 3/4 cup oil; 11 ounces mandarin oranges; juice; 3 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix pkg.; 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice; 8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Combine pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cool cake. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
