  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 cup chicken broth
  • 1 12 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Directions

    Melt butter in heavy skillet.

    Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes, until the raw taste is cooked out, but it is not brown.

    Add broth while continuing to whisk, to form a thick sauce.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and blend thoroughly.

    Add salt, pepper, chicken and eggs, and heat through.
