- 1 can Cream of celery
- 3 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 1 1/2 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
- 1 cup soy milk
Directions

1In a saucepan, mix together cream of celery, chicken, & 3/4 cup soy milk.

2Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

3Pour into ungreased 3 qt baking dish.

4Heat oven to 425F.

5Put 1 cup soy milk in mixing bowl, then add biscuit mix to soy milk until reach drop biscuit consistency.

6Should be about 1 1/2 cups.

7Drop dough on top of chicken mixture, spoonfuls at a time.

8Then spread dough out if you desire.

9Bake for 25 minutes.

10Then serve.
