  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted (can use less)

Directions

    Mix together in a casserole dish.

    Top with grated cheese last 15 minutes of baking.

    Bake 1 hour at 325° in a glass pan or at 350° in a metal pan.
