- 10 ears corn
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. milk, thickened with flour and some water (not too much water)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Take a knife and slice through each kernel of corn.

2Then in a large bowl and with the same knife, push off all the corn into the bowl.

3Place corn in a pan with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Cook on low, stirring regularly to keep it from sticking.

4Cook between 45 to 60 minutes.
