  • 10 ears corn
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. milk, thickened with flour and some water (not too much water)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Take a knife and slice through each kernel of corn.

    Then in a large bowl and with the same knife, push off all the corn into the bowl.

    Place corn in a pan with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Cook on low, stirring regularly to keep it from sticking.

    Cook between 45 to 60 minutes.
