  • 12 ounces, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
