  • 2 c. cooked crab meat
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

    Remove spines from crab meat, then melt butter; blend in flour and seasoning.

    Add milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
