  • 4 thick pork chops
  • oil
  • 1 1/2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 stalks celery, finely cut
  • 4 slices wheat bread, toasted and cubed
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 red apples, unpeeled and sliced

Directions

    Wipe pork chops with damp paper towels.

    Brown them in a little heated oil. Arrange chops in oiled baking dish.
