- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 c. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
- 1 c. tiny peas, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 8 slices white toast, buttered
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter over low heat; gradually add flour, stirring constantly for 30 to 45 minutes.

2Slowly add cream; cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken.

3Add shrimp, peas, salt and paprika.

4Stir well.

5Heat until shrimp are warm. Serve on toast.
