- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 (16 slice) pkg. American cheese
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil macaroni in salted water until almost done.

2Rinse and drain.

3In a casserole, place a layer of macaroni, a few pats of butter, some juice and some finely cut cheese.

4Repeat with another layer.

5Continue until all is finished.

6Bake in a 350° oven until cheese and butter are melted, about 45 minutes.
