  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 1 (16 slice) pkg. American cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil macaroni in salted water until almost done.

    Rinse and drain.

    In a casserole, place a layer of macaroni, a few pats of butter, some juice and some finely cut cheese.

    Repeat with another layer.

    Continue until all is finished.

    Bake in a 350° oven until cheese and butter are melted, about 45 minutes.
