  • 8 c. sliced squash (use small squash, leave rind on)
  • 2 c. sliced onions
  • 2 c. sliced or diced peppers (green and/or red)
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Prepare squash, onions and peppers.

    Let set for 1 hour.

    Boil vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.

    Add squash and boil for 5 minutes.

    Place in jars.

    Seal.
