  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    Mix sugar and vinegar together until sugar begins to dissolve. Slowly add eggs and oil.
