  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 6 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 grapes Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
  • 1/2 cup blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 canned mandarin oranges

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cake pans; set aside.

    Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 sec.

    Beat on medium speed 2 min., stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl.

    Pour evenly into prepared cake pans.

    Bake 25 min.

    or until wooden toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.

    Cool cakes in pans 10 min.

    Invert pans onto wire racks; remove pans.
