  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed or 1 tsp. dill seed or weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

    Cook cabbage covered in a small amount of boiling salted water about 5 minutes; drain.

    Combine sour cream or yogurt with seasonings and toss with cabbage and heat through.
